Overview
Ultra-high vacuum all-metal variable leak valve designed for precise control of very small gas flows. Features "hard on hard" diaphragm sealing with gold-plated stainless steel membrane gate. Available in manual actuator or with integrated/detachable pressure controller with stepper motor. Designed for extreme UHV requirements and resistant to corrosive and aggressive gases.
