Overview
Ultra-high vacuum/extreme high vacuum all-metal angle valve with "Easy Close" mechanism and FLEX VATRING "hard-on-hard" sealing technology. Features manual hexagon head actuator requiring no torque wrench, fully metal design, and replaceable seal. Available in DN 16, DN 40, and DN 63 sizes with CF-R standard flange and welded bellows feedthrough.
