DMX-12 – Optical & Closed-Cycle Cryostats by Advanced Research Systems, Inc.

Overview

DMX-12 by Advanced Research Systems, Inc. is a compact optical cryostat designed for cryogen-free, closed-cycle operation, ideal for narrow-gap magnet applications such as Hall Effect, magneto-optical, and electro-optical experiments. It features a stainless steel body with a reduced vacuum shroud profile, 1-inch optical windows, and an F/1 to F/1.25 collection geometry. The system is fully customizable, operable in any orientation, and equipped with temperature control instrumentation and a matched cryocooler (DE‑202AI) and compressor (ARS‑4HW) system for efficient low-temperature performance.
