Overview
Custom copper vacuum chambers and components for unique and challenging UHV vacuum applications. Made from oxygen-free copper alloys that are easily machined with high corrosion resistance and exceptional thermal conductivity. Suitable for water-cooling in high-temperature applications. Non-magnetic, making them ideal for RF applications. Material can be machined, extruded, brazed, welded, or soldered. Available in multiple configurations: Plate to Plate (large chambers), Extruded (long/narrow geometries), Cylindrical (minimum wall thickness), Spherical (minimum surface area), and Monoquoque (intricate machining).
