QTM – Time Taggers & Digital Delay Generators by Qblox

Overview

The Qubit Timetag Module (QTM) enhances the Cluster by providing both digital signal generation and acquisition, specifically optimized for qubits like color centers, trapped ions, and cold atoms. The QTM outputs facilitate fast and precisely timed TTL signals for direct and precise laser control, while the QTM inputs support configurable thresholds, windowing, photon counting, and time‑tagging for efficient optical readout. Seamless integration of these functions guarantees synchronization across the system, eliminating the need for external triggers. With real‑time pulse sequencing and conditional feedback based on the measured photon count, the QTM adapts dynamically to experimental conditions, offering a powerful tool for optically addressable quantum systems.
