Cryogenic Low-Noise Amplifiers by Low Noise Factory (SE)
Overview
LNF-LNC0.3_14B is an ultra-low noise cryogenic amplifier using Low Noise Factory’s proprietary InP HEMT technology. MMIC technology ensures excellent unit-to-unit consistency. It is housed in a gold-plated aluminum coaxial body with female SMA connectors for RF input and output and a 9-pin female Nano-D connector for DC supply. The amplifier is compact and lightweight, designed for vacuum operation below the dew point, and tested at both 296 K and 5 K before delivery.
