Overview
LNF-LNC15_29B is an ultra-low noise cryogenic amplifier developed by Low Noise Factory using proprietary InP HEMT MMIC technology. It operates in the 15–29 GHz range and provides exceptional noise performance across the band. Housed in a lightweight, gold-plated aluminum coaxial module, it uses industry-standard K (2.92 mm) connectors for RF signals and a 9-pin female Nano-D for DC connections. The device maintains stable operation under cryogenic conditions and is tested at 296 K and 5 K for uniform performance.
