Overview
LNF-LNC4_8F is an ultra-low noise cryogenic amplifier utilizing LNF’s proprietary InP HEMT technology. It is packaged in a coaxial module with industry-standard SMA connectors for RF ports and a Nano-D connector for DC. The amplifier features a lightweight gold-plated aluminum body (16.57×17.00×7.80 mm, excluding connectors). It is not hermetic and must be operated in a vacuum environment when below the dewpoint. All units are tested at 296 K and 5 K and delivered with a test report.
