Overview

Type SS coaxial cable from Lake Shore Cryotronics is an ultra-miniature, mechanically flexible cable with a braided stranded stainless steel conductor and shield, recommended for optical cryostat and other applications requiring both high shielding and low thermal losses. The cable features a gold or gray Teflon® FEP jacket, excellent mechanical strength, cryo-compatibility, and solderable CuNi wire surfaces, with heat strippable insulation for easy preparation.
