Overview
LNF-LNC0.6_2A is an ultra-low noise cryogenic amplifier using Low Noise Factory’s proprietary InP HEMT MMIC technology. It operates in the 0.6–2 GHz frequency range, providing exceptionally low noise and stable gain. The amplifier is packaged in a gold-plated aluminum coaxial module using standard SMA RF connectors and a 9-pin female Nano-D connector for DC. It is non-hermetic and designed for vacuum environments below the dew point, with testing performed at both 296 K and 5 K prior to delivery.
