Overview

LNF-LNC0.2_3B is an ultra-low noise cryogenic amplifier utilizing LNF’s proprietary InP HEMT technology. The MMIC design ensures excellent consistency between units. Packaged in a coaxial module with industry standard SMA connectors for RF ports and Nano-D connector for DC supply, it features a lightweight, gold-plated aluminum module. The amplifier is not hermetic and must be used in vacuum if operated below the dewpoint. All units are tested at 296 K and 5 K and provided with a test report.
