Overview
LNF-LNC1.5_3.5A is an ultra-low noise cryogenic amplifier using Low Noise Factory’s proprietary InP HEMT MMIC technology. It is designed for optimal low noise and stable gain performance between 1.5 GHz and 3.5 GHz. Packaged in a gold-plated aluminum coaxial housing, the device features female SMA connectors for RF and a 9-pin female Nano-D connector for DC connections. It operates in vacuum environments below the dew point and is tested at both 296 K and 5 K before delivery.
