Overview
LNF-LNC6_20D is an ultra-low noise cryogenic amplifier using Low Noise Factory’s proprietary InP HEMT MMIC technology, designed for operation in the 6–20 GHz range. The device is housed in a gold-plated aluminum coaxial module and uses industry-standard SMA connectors for RF input and output, with a 9-pin female Nano-D connector for DC. It is suitable for use in vacuum environments below the dew point and is tested at both room and cryogenic temperatures for high consistency and reliability.
