LD Dilution Refrigerator Measurement System of Bluefors is a versatile, cryogen-free cooling platform designed for a wide variety of experimental configurations. The LD system can be customized with numerous magnet configurations and side-loading ports, offering a clean, open design to accommodate various instrumentation setups. It features fully automated cooldown capabilities from ambient conditions to base temperature, supported by Bluefors’ Generation 2 Gas Handling System for enhanced automation and safety. The LD400 variant delivers over 15 μW of cooling power at 20 mK using 18 liters of helium-3 and achieves approximately 0.5 mW performance at 100 mK, making it a robust solution for quantum research and cryogenic measurement applications.
