Cryogenic Low-Noise Amplifiers by Low Noise Factory (SE)
Overview
LNF-LNC4_8E is an ultra-low noise cryogenic amplifier utilizing Low Noise Factory’s proprietary InP HEMT technology. The amplifier is packaged in a module using Corning Gilbert GPPO coaxial connectors and a 5-pin strip DC connector. The lightweight gold plated aluminum body measures 27.34 × 21 × 4.3 mm and is stackable with a 140 mil pitch, suitable for multi-position GPPO blocks. It is not hermetic and requires operation in vacuum below dewpoint. All units are tested at both 296 K and 5 K and are delivered with a test report.
