Overview
LNF-LNC65_115WB is an ultra-low noise cryogenic amplifier employing Low Noise Factory’s proprietary InP HEMT MMIC technology. It offers excellent unit-to-unit consistency and is housed in a gold-plated aluminum WR10 waveguide module, using standard UG387/U RF interfaces and a Nano-D DC connector. The amplifier is designed for operation in vacuum environments below the dew point and is optimized for cryogenic applications where ultra-low noise and stable gain in the 65–115 GHz range are required.
