Overview
The LNF-LNC1.2_3.5A is a cryogenic low noise amplifier that operates from 1.2 to 3.5 GHz. Typical noise temperature is 1.3 K, and it offers a noise figure of 0.02 dB and gain of 31 dB. The DC supply requirement is Vds=1.0 V with Ids=20 mA, and the module features female SMA RF connectors and a 9-pin female Nano-D DC connector. This amplifier must be operated in a vacuum environment when the temperature drops below the dewpoint.
