Overview
LNF-LNC4_8SF is a cryogenic low noise amplifier designed for operation in the 4-8 GHz frequency range. It utilizes advanced InP HEMT technology for ultra-low noise performance. The unit features a male G3PO RF connector and a 5-pin female strip connector for DC supply. Stackable with a 140 mil pitch, it operates with one gate and one drain supply and requires DC power at 0.70 V and 15 mA. The amplifier is suitable for scientific and quantum applications where exceptionally low noise and high gain are critical.
