Cryogenic Low-Noise Amplifiers by Low Noise Factory (SE)
Overview
LNF-LNC1.5_6B is an ultra-low noise cryogenic amplifier using Low Noise Factory’s proprietary InP HEMT technology. MMIC technology ensures excellent unit-to-unit variation and reliable performance. It is housed in a gold-plated aluminum coaxial module with industry-standard female SMA connectors for RF ports and a 9-pin female Nano-D connector for DC. The amplifier is non-hermetic and must be operated in vacuum environments below the dew point. Each unit is tested at both 296 K and 5 K and shipped with a test report.
